I had to squeeze in one last batch of homemade guacamole before the avocados are out of season!
We personally love to top our burgers with some guac for an added kick of flavor in place of cheese.
2 tablespoons chopped organic cilantro
1 Roma tomato
1/2 cup onion, chopped
3 drops Young Living Essential Lime Oil
Dash of Cumin
Salt to taste
Mix all ingredients and serve cold.
Yields: 2 very large servings to one woman with a huge guac craving.
