To my loves.
My silly C, it seems like only yesterday I heard the words “It’s a boy!” and you were placed into my arms for the very first time. I couldn’t stop looking at you. I could not believe we had a son. You were perfect, and I couldn’t believe I was lucky enough to be your Mommy.
You just turned six and I really cannot tell you where that time has gone. It has just FLOWN by. Uhh, time slow down, please! But I can tell you that it has been the happiest six years of my life. Being your Mommy has brought me so much happiness, joy, and a love.
I love to watch you play and explore. You have such a crazy imagination. I love your personality, you have this way of making everyone smile. You really can light up a room. At the moment, you want to build stuff, argue or be a ENT when you grow up. You are super a good helper with your siblings too.
My little diva H, 3 going on 13. Man, we are going to have our hands full with you. You are such a fun sassy mess. You love to play in sum-sum (lipstick), Bessie is a requirement for every trip (blanket) and you are all about Tutu skirts and pink rain boots. Band-aides still fix everything and you still mix up your “T”‘s and “K”‘s….which is fun with a Hello Kitty Birthday party. 😀 I love that you are such a little mom and need to constantly check on your brothers, Bubba and Speedy. Don’t ask, I don’t know why you named him Speedy but you did and it stuck. I love you hot mess!
Speedy P, you are such a fun little guy. You are by far the most laid back of the three. You rarely cry and are almost always smiling. You have two teeth, can roll around, sit up with a little help and LOVE to pull your sissy’s hair. I think she secretly loves that by the way but don’t tell her. You love to be held and rocked….and make sure I don’t get too much sleep. I hear that’s bad for moms health. I wasn’t sure how we were going to manage three kids but I don’t know what we would have done without you. Just goes to show Gods plan is way better than anything we could ever imagine. I love your chunky thighs, curly hair and your dark eyes like your daddy. I can’t wait to see what things you love and to see how this little laid back personality grows.
I’ll love you forever, I’ll like you for always, As long as I’m living my baby you’ll be. I love you munchkins more than you will ever know, I pray everyday that I am being the mom God wants me to be.
For this child I prayed; and the Lord hath given me my petition which I asked of him: (1 Samuel 1:27 KJV)
