Why We Eat Dandelions

You might want to think twice before you scoff at the pesky weeds in your front yard. Dandelions are a nutrient rich plant that has multiple benefits. There are many ways that you can incorporate them into your diet. My favorite way is to add them to my {cold pressed} juice or herbal tea.
